Complete our private appointment request form or call us directly. We'll confirm your preferred date and time within 24 hours. Appointments are available seven days a week, including early morning and evening slots for clients with demanding schedules.

Before your appointment, your dedicated stylist will reach out to understand your occasion, preferences, and wardrobe goals. The more context you share, the more precisely we can prepare. We'll have a curated selection ready for you when you arrive.

Arrive & Be Welcomed

Your appointment begins with a private welcome in our salon — complimentary champagne or Arabic coffee, and a brief conversation with your stylist to refine the direction. There is no rush. The salon is yours for the duration of your session.

Your stylist will guide you through the curated selection, offering honest advice and styling insight at every stage. You're welcome to explore the boutique floor as well. There is absolutely no pressure — only the pleasure of discovering exactly what you're looking for.

Fitting & Alterations

Every purchase can be altered to your exact measurements by our in-house atelier. We'll take your measurements during the appointment and confirm a collection or delivery date. For bespoke orders, a second fitting is included at no additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We offer white-glove international delivery to over 60 countries. All orders are packaged in our signature boxes with tissue, garment bags, and a handwritten care card. Delivery times and costs vary by destination — please contact us for a personalised quote.
Can I request a specific designer piece that isn't on the floor?
Absolutely. Our team maintains direct relationships with all of our designer partners and can often source specific pieces, colourways, or sizes through special order. Lead times vary from 2–8 weeks depending on availability. Book a private appointment or call us to discuss your request.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy on all full-price items in unworn condition with original tags attached. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Bespoke and altered garments cannot be returned. Our team will always ensure you're completely happy before you leave the boutique.
Do you offer gift wrapping and personal shopping services?
Yes to both. Our gifting service includes premium packaging, a handwritten card, and optional delivery. Our personal shopping service is available by appointment and is complimentary for purchases above AED 5,000. We also offer gift vouchers in any denomination.
How do I care for my Maison Éclat purchases?
Each garment comes with a detailed care card. We also offer a complimentary garment care consultation with any purchase over AED 3,000. For delicate pieces, we partner with Dubai's finest dry-cleaning specialists and can arrange collection and delivery directly from your home.
